Living at Courtlands Village comes with full membership into an active community. Our elegant Village Centre features a range of amenities and services.
The Village’s social and activities calendar includes regular bus outings, dinners, movie nights, happy hour, arts and crafts groups, exercise classes, games and special events.
Residents can be as active or relaxed as they like, as a full-time onsite management team is responsible for the running of the Village.
The Village is run by Christadelphian Homes Ltd, a not-for-profit provider that has been serving the community for more than 75 years.
Along with 130 self-care units the Village also offers higher levels of aged care, which allows a smooth transition for residents as their care needs change.
Independent Living Units
We have one, two and three bedroom independent living units within our Village. The units are set in beautiful landscaped grounds and located on the ground floor or first floor with easy ramp access, and lifts under construction. A range of our units are renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms and laundry, wall to wall carpet, new blinds, light fittings and freshly painted throughout.
Unit Prices range from $500,000 up to $700,000.
There are many areas for families to meet together including the Village Green for a BBQ on a lazy Sunday afternoon, and plenty of room for the grandkids to run around.
Village activities
Courtlands Village is blessed with a robust social committee and a Wellbeing Coordinator who arranges a myriad of different activities for you to join in with as much or as little as you please, including book clubs, exercises in the gym, dance class, trivia, scrabble, crazy whist to name a few. Residents can enjoy free coffee in the Village Lounge while chatting together, or entertain neighbours on their balcony.
The Village bus regularly takes residents to nearby shopping centres and explores many areas of Sydney on special excursions. The local bus stop bus is on the village doorstep taking you on a quick trip into Parramatta and beyond.
Along with the self-care apartments the village also offers higher levels of care, including a nursing home, which allows a smooth transition for residents as their care needs change.
