About the role:

We are seeking to recruit dedicated AIN’s (Cert III) with a passion for quality care to work across various shifts AM, PM and Night shift at our Facility located in Gladesville. These positions are permanent part-time.  Benefit from working on fortnightly roster with the support of a great Leadership team.

What you will do:
As an AIN you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition.
  • Make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications (AINs – Certificate III)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an AIN
  • Previous experience in aged care industry preferable
  • Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Must be team player
  • Evidence of Covid vaccination
  • Right to Work in Australia essential
  • Successful applicants must have a current Police Check
