The Board of Christadelphian Homes Limited (CHL) wishes to advise that CHL’s CEO, Ross Peden will be retiring from CHL on 1st July 2026.
Ross will also step down as CHL’s CEO on 17th November 2025, and CHL’s current Chief Operating Officer (COO), Alison Bolton, will assume the position of CHL’s CEO from this date.
Ross will remain with CHL until 1st July 2026 in a senior capacity to provide some valuable support to Alison while also assisting CHL to progress some specific initiatives we need progressed into 2026.
CHL has been fortunate that Ross has been associated with CHL for almost 30 years including as CHL’s CEO for the last 15 years. We are also thankful for Ross’ willingness to continue to support CHL through to July 2026.
Alison has worked for CHL for more than 13 years including as CHL’s Chief Operating Officer since 2023. Her appointment as CHL’s CEO recognises the considerable experience she has in the Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care and Disability sectors, as well as her strong alignment with CHL’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
We will have an opportunity to farewell Ross in coming months, and to thank him for his significant
contributions to CHL over many years.
We also congratulate Alison on her appointment and the opportunity to lead CHL as our new CEO into the future.
